The traditional Sagra da Su Pa(n)i Arrubiu, which is a typical bread from Tuili, takes place every year in the historic center of the municipality, generally on the second Sunday after Easter, on the occasion of Sant'Antioco.
It is said that, in the early 1900s, a woman prepared it and used it as a vow for the Saint to intercede in the healing of her husband. Apparently it looks like "su civraxiu", it is made with durum wheat flour, mother yeast, raisins, orange peel and saffron which gives the reddish color to the bread, hence the name pani arrubiu.
It is proposed again on the occasion of the Festival and offered to the faithful after Mass. In addition to the religious ceremony, the event program includes exhibition stands, guided tastings, thematic conferences, photographic exhibitions, folk music and much more.
